CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY: In order to book staff and services payment is due in advance of the event. Orders cannot be changed or reduced less than 72 hours from the event start time. If for any reason you are not pleased with a staff member, please contact our office at 424-265-8040 within an hour of their start time and you may request their dismissal. We make every effort to replace staff that may not show up due to unforeseen accidents, illness, and other emergencies, but of course, we cannot guarantee their replacement.
